iStore Aruba uses only genuine Apple service parts, installed by certified Apple technicians, for the highest quality repairs—so your iOS device’s warranty will not be voided.


☛ Backing Up Your Device Before Service

We know you have some important stuff on your devices. That’s why we recommend backing up your iPhone, iPod, and iPad before bringing it in for service.

If you’ve recently backed up your iPhone to iCloud or iTunes, you’ll be able to quickly restore it exactly as it was. If you back up with iTunes on your Mac or PC, please be sure to check “Encrypt local backup” so that your passwords and private information are also backed up. If you didn’t make a backup and are no longer able to, we can usually transfer your contacts, pictures, and some other data from your device to a flash drive (usually within a 24-hour timeframe, additional charge), so you can restore it to your replacement.
